When it arrived, the box was badly crushed. I tend to notice patterns with deliveries, and this one definitely looked like it had been at the bottom of a heavy stack or tossed around more than usual. Luckily, I checked everything right away, but the packaging condition wasn’t great.

I had a frustrating experience trying to return something to Cosmetis. At first I was hopeful because ordering was simple enough, but then the product didn’t work for me and everything kind of went downhill. The return instructions weren’t very clear, and waiting for replies made me go from annoyed to stressed to just tired of dealing with it. I kept feeling like I had to chase them just to figure out the next step. Maybe the site is totally fine if you end up keeping what you buy, but if you need to return something, it’s really not an easy process. In the end, it just wasn’t worth the hassle for me.

My refund came through after a little bit of back and forth. Support did reply, just kind of slowly. It all worked out in the end, so it was okay overall, but it wasn’t exactly the smoothest process.
